It was stated during signing that the purpose of the Cooperative to Strengthen cooperation in the areas of Information, Research activities, and training programs, as well as the exchange of documents and Expertise.

The agreement was signed by Mihret Debebe (Dr), Chief of African Leadership Excellence Academy and prof. Stefen Calleya, Academic Director of Malta Diplomatic University on July, 13, 2022.
