Leadership training is being offered by AFLEX to 80 participants from Addis Ababa University, civil society organizations, and private and public institutions.

During the opening session, Mrs. Hiwot Alemayehu, Vice Chief of the Academy, said that training is crucial in creating effective leadership and skilled emerging leaders. The primary goal of the training is to assist leaders in achieving excellence. Through the training, leaders in a variety of positions of leadership will be more capable to handle their leadership systems and organizations that are under their authority.
