The Academy’s Program to Bridge the Gap in the Industrial Sector Gains Minister’s Approval

The Minister of Industry, Mr. Melaku Alebel, acknowledged that the Reform, Scaling Up, and Transformation Program planned by the African Leadership Excellence Academy for the Industrial Leadership Development Program will play a substantial role in associating the gap in the area.
A briefing was conducted for the honorable minister and senior leaders of the ministry concerning the academy’s reform, scaling up, transformation, and expansion of its reform.
According to Mr. Zadig Abreha, the chief of the academy, industrial leadership development is one of the thirty-seven specialized leadership development programs.
The AFLEX chief further described that among the projects undertaken in the academy’s reform and expansion plans, twelve idea-generating centers will be established in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry.
In response, the Minister of Industry, Honorable Melaku Alebel, declared that the reform and expansion initiated by AFLEX will contribute to addressing the leadership gap in the industrial sector. Both organizations have reached an agreement to cooperate and work together.
