The Chief of AFLEX had a fruitful discussion that garnered consensus on various leadership development issues with Honorable Minister Alemu Sime (Ph.D.).
Mr. Zadig held discussions with Honorable Minister Alemu Sime (Ph.D.) and his management team on January 31, 2024.
The chief of AFLEX stated that they have comprehensively discussed many issues, including the transportation leadership development program and the center of idea production. He added that the discussion was important and gave opportunities for creating partnerships.
According to him, the discussions also gave due attention to the role of idea-generation centers in the process of enhancing problem-solving research and outcomes.
Honorable Minister Alemu Sime (Ph.D.) said the discussion had allowed the Ministry and AFLEX to come closer and create a partnership.
