ADDIS ABABA, 8 NOVEMBER 2023—AFLEX: African Leadership Excellence Academy and the China National Academy of Governance (CNAG) signed the partnership agreement at a ceremony held at the Head Office of the Academy here in Addis Ababa.
As stipulated, the objective of the Memorandum of Understanding is to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between leadership training, staff/faculty exchange visits, scientific research, policy consultation and dialogue, public administration, and public policy.
As designated in the MOU, the partnership similarly comprises exchanging knowledge and experts in the fields of public administration and public policy, sharing relevant materials, Carrying out staff exchanges and cooperation among academics, organizing joint academic workshops, research, training, and policy forums, and undertaking other activities.
Mr. Zadig Abreha enlightened that the agreement would support the work of the academy, which works to produce qualified leaders and empower leaders, and acknowledged those who contributed to the agreement.
The Chief of AFLEX, Zadig Abraha, alleged that after many discussions, the agreement was reached today.
The agreement was signed between the Chief of the African Leadership Excellence Academy, Mr. Zadig Abreha, and the Vice President of the China National Academy of Governance, Prof. Gong Weibin, on behalf of AFLEX and CNAG, respectively.
