AFLEX and Minister of Health Explore Collaborative Opportunities in Leadership Development Program

Zadig Abraha, the Chief of the African Leadership Academy of Excellence, had a fruitful discussion with the Honorable Dr. Lia Tadese, the Minister of Health.

Throughout the conversation, Zadig Abreha made a presentation to Dr. Lia Tadese and the management members regarding the reform and transition work.

They discussed leadership development programs where both institutions can collaborate and reach a consensus on the activities to be undertaken together.

Remarking after the presentation, Dr. Lia Tadese, the Honorable Minister, articulated her belief that the ideas and goals set by the African Leadership Excellence Academy in its reform and transition activities would significantly contribute to improving our country’s leadership development programs.

The honorable minister underlined their readiness to work together in all possible ways, particularly in the areas of leadership in public and clinical health.

Furthermore, the Honorable Minister restated the commitment of the Ministry of Health to work together and support the accomplishment of the academy’s reform and scaling up tasks.
