AFLEX and the Norway Embassy are discussing in Addis Ababa ways of further boosting synergized cooperation. The discussion that kicked off on February 5, 2024, is aimed at heightening the relationship between AFLEX and the Norway Embassy in the Leadership Development program and Reform, Scaling Up, and Transformation.
AFLEX Chief Zadig Abreha said technical, infrastructural, and programmatic partnerships are expected from the Embassy. to realize the Academy’s Leadership Development program. They were discussed in the meeting on how to develop the capacity of Ethiopian and African leaders.
The strategic engagements include cooperation in the leadership development program designing and constructing idea generation centers.
Norwegian Ambassador Stian Christensen praised AFLEX’s Ethiopian and African Leaders’s Development projects and called for further discussions with the government of Norway and the private sector on the construction of idea production centers, technical and programmatic partnerships.
