AFLEX, in partnership with the Inspired Ethiopian Youth Association (IEYA), has launched the “Netsebrak Leadership Conference” at AFLEX’s headquarters. This event brings together senior and emerging leaders, fostering an environment where experience meets ambition.

W/o Meseret Desta, Vice Chief of AFLEX, remarked, “AFLEX is dedicated to nurturing young leaders, and our collaboration with IEYA underscores our commitment to empowering the next generation.” IEYA’s founder, Liyuneh Tamirat, highlighted the significance of the conference name, “Netsebrak,” stressing the need for intergenerational leadership.

Featuring leaders from media, community, and business sectors, the conference, themed “Leading with Purpose, Serving with Integrity,” promises nationwide participation. Organizers also announced a campaign to promote its goals.
