Mr. Zadig Abreha, Chief of AFLEX, and Managing Director Darrell Wilson of Coca-Cola Beverages Africa-Ethiopia discussed the ongoing reform led by AFLEX.

The chief of AFLEX and the Managing Director made a presentation concerning reform, scaling up, and transformation initiatives.

Mr. Zadig Abreha highlighted that the academy has developed a comprehensive three-year strategy and framework containing four General and 37 specialized leadership development programs.

Managing Director Darrell Wilson expressed that he was excited by the academy’s vision of empowering Ethiopian and African leaders and his company’s readiness to support AFLEX’s endeavors.

In addition, the Managing Director underlined that by completing the gaps and limitations as outlined in the academy’s scaling-up and transformation initiatives, AFLEX has the potential to compete with international training centers.

Mr. Zadig Abreha expressed gratitude to Darrell Wilson for his visit to the academy and commitment to collaborate.

As part of the visit, Mr. Wilson offered an invitation to Mr. Zadig to visit Coca-Cola Beverages Africa-Ethiopia’s recently constructed factory in Sebeta City, which needed an investment of over 100 million US dollars.
