AFLEX Hosts Professional Development Training on Innovative Leadership

Sululta – July 2, 2025 – (AFLEX) – The African Leadership Excellence Academy, in partnership with the Fulbright Program and the American Embassy in Ethiopia, conducts a professional development training session today aimed at enhancing innovative leadership skills among its staff.
The trainig, titled “Fostering Innovative Minds through the Adaptive Leadership Framework and the 4 Ps Framework for Strategic Leadership,” is organized exclusively for AFLEX executives and professionals.
The training is led by Ricardo Lozano, PhD, Associate Professor of Educational Leadership at Texas A&M International University.
Dr. Lozano emphasizes the necessity of adaptability and strategic thinking in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape.
He provides practical insights into effective leadership, highlighting the importance of the Adaptive Leadership Framework, which equips leaders to navigate complex challenges.
Participants are also introduced to the 4 Ps Framework—designed to help leaders formulate strategic approaches in their roles.
