Sululta – 10 March 2025 (AFLEX) – A pivotal strategic meeting between AFLEX and the Public Leadership Excellence Academy of Armenia was held to enhance collaboration in leadership development.

Key figures from both institutions attended, including AFLEX’s Vice Chief Mrs. Meseret Desta and a delegation from Armenia led by Khachatur Ghazeyan, Rector of the Armenian Academy, along with H.E. Sahak Sargsyan, Armenian Ambassador to Ethiopia.

Participants discussed AFLEX’s recent reforms and transformative approaches in leadership training. The Armenian delegates visited the AFLEX Leadership Development and Training Center in Sululta.

Mrs. Meseret emphasized the importance of sharing expertise, stating, “The Armenian institution is more experienced in leadership development.” She highlighted potential areas for cooperation, including joint training programs.

Rector Ghazeyan expressed optimism about the partnership, saying, “Collaboration is essential in today’s world, and we are excited about the opportunities this partnership will bring.”

Ambassador Sargsyan noted the significance of the collaboration, stating, “This partnership marks a pivotal step in the educational collaboration of our countries.”

The partnership between the Public Leadership Excellence Academy of Armenia and AFLEX will be formalized with an official agreement in the coming weeks.
