Addis Ababa, June 27, 2023, the African Leadership Excellence Academy in collaboration with Civil Service University graduated students from Tigray region who had dropped out of their studies due to the national crisis while working on their dissertations.
The chief of the academy, Mehret Debebe /Dr. /, presented a message of congratulations to the graduates who incapacitated difficult circumstances and reached graduation day.
Dr. Mehret supposed, leadership is a job and not just a responsibility.
The graduation program was attended by senior officials of the African Leadership Excellence Academy and the Civil Service University.
