Revolutionizing Leadership: African Leadership Excellence Academy Unveils Specialized Curriculum

Dr. Moges Logau, the coordinator of the African Leadership Excellence Academy Reform Committee, announced that the Specialization Leadership Development Program curriculum has been prepared for eleven key institutions.
According to Dr. Logau, the curriculum was developed in coordination with experts from eleven institutions and the academy’s curriculum experts. The prepared curriculum has now been sent to the respective institutes for further review and feedback.
The institutions for which the Specialization Leadership Development Program curriculum has been prepared include the Ministry of Culture and Sports, Ministry of Trade and Regional Cooperation, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Tourism, House of Representatives, Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, Addis Ababa Mayor’s Office, mass media, and the electricity service authority.
Dr. Logau also revealed that preparatory work has already begun to develop the curriculum for the Specialization Leadership Development Program for other institutions, which will be implemented in the future. Additionally, the African Leadership Academy of Excellence has already put into operation its 38 Specialization Leadership Development Programs.
This initiative by the African Leadership Excellence Academy marks a significant step in revolutionizing leadership development across various sectors in Ethiopia, empowering institutions and their personnel to navigate the challenges of the future with a specialized and comprehensive curriculum.
