Mr. Zadig Abreha, Chief of AFLEX, and Professor Mohammed Belhocine, African Union Commissioner for Education, Science, Technology, and Innovation (ESTI), discussed the ongoing reform led by AFLEX.

The chief of AFLEX and the commissioner discussed reform, scaling up, and transformation initiatives.

Mr. Zadig Abreha highlighted that the academy has developed a comprehensive three-year strategy and framework containing four general and 37 specialized leadership development programs.

Professor Mohammed Belhocine expressed enthusiasm for the academy’s goal of empowering Ethiopian and African leaders and African Union readiness to support AFLEX’s initiatives.
