Academy president surprises workshop participants with inspiring visit on women’s leadership. Mr. ZadigAbraha, President of AFLEX, visited a woman leader, gathered from diverse public institutions, at one of our hubs, highlighting AFLEX’s commitment to fostering women’s leadership.
In a surprise visit that left workshop participants thrilled, the President of the Academy delivered an empowering speech to a group of women leadership trainees today. This special engagement highlighted the Academy’s commitment to advancing gender equality through its partnership with Public Leadership for Gender Equality.

During his address, the President expressed immense pride in the collaboration, emphasizing its significance in fostering strong female leaders equipped to face today’s challenges. “You are incredibly fortunate to take part in such transformative training,” he stated, underscoring the Academy’s dedication to nurturing talent among women leaders.
