The minister of industry has signed an agreement with the African Academy of Leadership Excellence to produce competent leaders in the industry sector.
According to the Minister of Industry Melaku Alebel in the agreement, the agreement will help to produce a competent leadership that can go along with the changes and development of the country in the industry sector.
To fill the gaps that are seen in the sector, especially in the Ethiopian Tamret movement, it is possible to solve the problems of working in harmony and leadership skills.
Mr. Zadig Abraha, the president of African Leadership Excellence Academy, has reminded him that the leadership training to empower leaders has been a package deal. He said that this agreement will create a key role in the transition of the industry by empowering leaders in the industry.
It is stated that the agreement will focus on Industry Leadership Development Program, Industry Leadership Excellence Award, Establishment of Industry Transformation Center and Research and Research.
