In a meeting with Ethiopian ambassadors representing various countries, the ambassadors conveyed their devotion to introducing the African Leadership Excellence Academy (AFLEX) to the international community. The ambassadors were briefed on AFLEX’s leadership development program and three-year strategic plan by Mr. Zadig Abreha, the chief of AFLEX. Mr. Zadig highlighted the ongoing collaboration between AFLEX and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to implement the leadership development program. He expressed gratitude for the fruitful promotion and fundraising attempts, remarkably in Europe, America, Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, and Africa. The ambassadors, as representatives of Ethiopia worldwide, promised to promote AFLEX’s mission and vision within the diplomatic community.They are also committed to assessing the feasibility of strategic partnerships and facilitating resource acquisition in the countries they are assigned to.

Notably, ambassadors from Pakistan, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and Morocco stated their commitment to assisting AFLEX’s initiatives in linking Ethiopia and Africa as a bridge.
